The checkered pattern is known as a lucky pattern in Japan. Two types of hammering, "rough" and "lustrous", are used to create a contrasting checkered pattern, with matt and glossy squares. The expert hammering of the square pattern with round hammering creates a beautiful checkerboard pattern. The silver is made of 970 purity which is easy to fit on the wrist. The front side of the watch is inlaid with pure gold inlay.
