Vessel is up to your idea. A cafe in Okinawa serves ice cream with a matcha container!

If fresh fruit is not available, canned or frozen items can be utilized.

If you keep mint leaves in a pot as an ornamental, you can add them to mineral water, tea, or herb tea, or use them as an accent in cooking!

None of the pieces introduced above are intended for ice cream or dessert.

But how you use the bowl depends on your taste and ideas!

Recently, I happened to see and was intrigued by the ice cream served in matcha container at a cafe run by a lacquerware shop in Okinawa.

Thin matcha container ( Tsugaru lacquerware )

This is a matcha container in Tsugaru lacquerware, which is available at Takumi Japan.

Matcha container is one of the tea ceremony utensils. What a lacquerware shop to think of using it like this. I was impressed.

The menu pictures I saw were so wonderful that I wanted to go there to eat when I visit Okinawa.

We hope you will enjoy a little bit of luxury by serving your usual ice cream in a different bowl than usual.
